Support
iTus is built by a very small team. Email support@itusapp.com and a person will read it.
If something went wrong on the road, tell us roughly where and roughly when — that's usually enough to find it.
Common things
A route sent me somewhere a truck shouldn't go
Tell us the start and destination and your truck profile, and we'll pull the same route. Routing comes from HERE's commercial truck data using the height, width, length, weight and axle count in your profile — so the first thing to check is that your profile matches the rig you're actually driving. If the underlying map data is wrong, we can report it upstream.
A report was wrong
Open it and hit Cleared. That's not a formality — disputes lower a report's confidence immediately, and enough of them retire it early. It also counts against the reporter's track record, which then weights their future reports. The system is designed to be corrected by drivers, so correcting it works.
Navigation stopped when I lost signal
iTus caches your corridor when the route is built — the turns, the reports along it and a map to draw them on — so guidance should keep going through a dead zone. If it didn't, tell us roughly where, since that means the cache didn't get built before you lost the bars.

Reporting something unsafe
If iTus told you something that could put a driver in danger — a clearance that's wrong, a route that isn't truck-legal — please say so directly and we'll treat it as the priority it is. Nothing about this app matters if a driver can't trust it.
